FAQs and ToS

General

  • I will ask you for a video call (via discord call) after I made a sketch for Vtuber model commission so we can design the model together. hope this will reduce the possibility of revisions during final coloring process

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel like I won't be able to fulfill the request

  • I cant continue other artist's unfinished work (such as continuing an unfinished model)... I will only make a model from scratch (except for additional assets or new outfits)

  • Commission final file that has been sent via drive is considered finished job and cannot be revised (changing clothes, hair, etc.) except if I’m the one who make a mistake on the file / render or if your rigger needs crucial changes.

Payments

  • Additional price rises depending on complexity of your commission.

  • 50/50 payments are accepted for Vtuber models.

  • timeline/delivery time applies after the DP received (based on the agreed price)

  • Indonesia - Bank Transfer (BCA) & E-Wallet (OVO, Dana, GoPay,ShopeePay)

  • International - WISE only

Refunds

  • No refund for backing out on waitlist or when I have start working on your commission

  • You may cancel your commission if no payments has been made.

Things I Wont Draw

  • Mecha,

  • Furies,

  • Realistic monsters,

  • and otherr non-humanoids

Revisions

  • Please be clear of what you want during our video call in the sketch phase, all revisions are only until the 2nd week phase.

  • Revision after finishing is only for small adjustments and crucial changes from the rigger

  • There will be additional fees charged for major revisions after finishing like : changing shapes, clothes, or anything that requires me to draw an element from scratch

  • I will send all progress within 48hours on your discord DM if you ask for it

  • Please mention me if there's any revision. I will reply you within 48 hours for any questions through discord (most active! ID : annajeane) or any of social media DMs (IG & Twitter/x : 7066pages)
